— Do older homes need a different approach?
Frequently. Mid-century block houses, 1970s additions, and newer builds differ in wall construction, floor flatness, ceiling height, and where services run. That is why measurement and existing conditions come before any layout is drawn rather than after.
— Do you work on condos and townhouses?
Individual units, yes — but multi-family buildings usually have association rules covering approved hours, protection of common areas, waste removal, and sometimes plumbing or ventilation changes. Those requirements are worth confirming before selections are made, because they can constrain the layout.
— Is there a page for every neighbourhood?
No. A neighbourhood name does not change how a kitchen is measured, sequenced, or built, so there is one honest coverage page instead of dozens of near-identical ones.
