A short policy, because this site collects very little.
What we do not collect
This site has no contact form, no account system, no appointment booking, and no payment processing. You are not asked to submit your name, address, phone number, or email through any page here.
The assistant
Questions typed into the on-page assistant are sent to our server so an answer can be produced. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in those messages — the assistant handles general kitchen planning questions only, not intake. Conversations are not tied to an account or profile, and the assistant cannot book work.
Contacting us directly
If you contact us through a channel published later, we necessarily receive whatever you choose to share — contact details, photos, and information about your kitchen. That is used only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a scope of work.
Technical logs
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes. This is not used to build advertising profiles.
Third parties
Web fonts on this site are loaded from a third-party font host, which receives the request needed to serve those files. This site is operated as part of the Handyman in Miami brand.
